How to practice with this

Start in Scale view. Find every 1 on the neck, then notice the 3 and 5 always sit in the same spots around it.
Look at the chord family. Every major key has the same pattern (I ii iii IV V vi vii°), and every minor key has its own (i ii° III iv v VI VII). Switch keys and watch the pattern stay put.
Learn triads one string group at a time, starting with G-B-e. Play the three inversions up the neck and back.

Use By position to play all seven chords of the key in one spot, in order. Move the position a few frets and do it again.
